What is UT’s Day of Giving?
A 36-hour fundraising event during which students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends come together to raise money for student scholarships and funds while creating awareness of UT’s mission to improve the human condition.
When is the Day of Giving?
Rocket Forward will kick off at midnight Thursday, Oct. 12 and end at noon Friday, Oct. 13.
How will the money raised during UT’s Day of Giving be used?
Donors may choose to give to one of more than 2,000 UT Foundation-held funds. Your gift to Rocket Forward: You Launch Lives will advance the possibilities for UT students to continue their educations.
What if I want to give after the Day of Giving campaign?
We welcome your donations at any time. Please visit utfoundation.org for more information.
Will my check count toward the Day of Giving if I place it in the mail by a certain date?
Yes, if it is postmarked by Friday, Oct. 13.
Who should I make my check payable to?
The UT Foundation.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Are gifts tax-deductible?
Yes. Gifts are 100 percent tax-deductible.
May I bring my donation to the UT Foundation office?
Is there a minimum online donation?
Yes; the minimum is $1.
May I donate to any fund I wish?

Can I make a pledge?
Yes. Pledges are accepted and may be made by contacting Anna Mosler at email@example.com or by calling the UT Foundation at 419.530.7730.
Can I make part of my existing pledge count toward the Day of Giving?
Thank you for your ongoing support! New pledges established as part of our Rocket Forward: You Launch Lives campaign will count towards our totals. Pledge payments that are made toward existing pledges do not count for this campaign specifically.
